All inspectors are Licensed bonded and Insured in the state of Indiana to perform home inspections.
Stan Brown has been doing Home and Commercial Inspections for over 7 years. He put himself through a self imposed 2 year apprentice program prior to certification. Many newer inspectors just take a class, a test, pay their fees and are then home inspectors.
Stan also has owned many houses in the past, has developed land and built homes, has fixed and flipped homes himself. He is a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician through the National Apartment Association, and has acted as the Maintenance Training Director, and board member for the Evansville Area Apartment Association in which he has taught Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Pool Servicing, Interior/Exterior, and Appliance Maintenance and repair classes to many property maintenance personal in the Evansville Tri-State Area. He also has a Universal EPA Certification to service HVAC equipment.
